Who we are

This website is operated by JetAlum LLC, trading as Earthwise Windows of Kansas City, 1414 E 19th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108. You can reach us on 913-777-4862 or at sales@earthwisekc.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. We do not buy information about you, and we do not track you around the internet.

• Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email address, whether you are a homeowner, contractor, dealer or investor, and whatever you tell us about your project.
• Employment applications. Your name, contact details, address, work history, references and, if you attach one, your resume.
• Payments. The invoice or order number and the amount. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this site.
• Dealer sign-in. If you are a dealer with a login, a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

What we use it for

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep a record of what you asked for.
• To consider your application if you have applied for a job.
• To take payment for an invoice or order balance.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We may email or call you about the request you made. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They only receive what they need, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Google Workspace — our company email.
• Extrusia — our own order and customer management system, where a quote request is recorded so it is not lost in an inbox.
• Stripe — card payment processing.
• Vercel — website and form hosting.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
• We do not use cookies to profile you. The only cookie this site sets is the dealer sign-in session described above.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and customer records are kept for as long as we are doing business with you and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons. Employment applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@earthwisekc.com or call 913-777-4862 and we will deal with it. If you have had email from us that you no longer want, tell us and we will stop.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
